Theme:

A) Ecology (Required) - In this category we consider all unpublished cartoons that deal with environmental problems and have not been awarded in other events. 70 works will be selected.

B) Free - In this category we consider all unpublished cartoons on any topic and have not been awarded in other events. 50 works will be selected

C) Caricature -  this category are considered to be all cartoons previously unpublished any known personality and have not been awarded in other events. 50 works will be selected.

 Deadline:

The works related to themes A, B and C described in item 3 must be attached and sent along with filled registration form until August 30 2012, 23:59 (GMT).

a) Period of Registration: 3 August to 9 August 2012;

b) Selection of works: 4 September 2012;

 c) Release of Selected: September 6, 2012;

d) Opening and Awards Hall: September 22, 2012;

e) Ending Lounge: September 30, 2012;
