the National Liberty Museum's 2011 "CARETOON" CONTEST
Transform the art of cartooning into drawings that "care!",

Submit an original work of art expressing positive attributes,
such as friendship, courage, peace or diversity.
FOUR PRIZES:
$500 ADULT International · $500 ADULT National
$500 STUDENT International · $500 STUDENT National
You don't need to be a professional cartoonist to draw a Caretoon.
The Caretoon Contest is open to people of all ages and artistic ability.
