38 days left to start the world's largest and most prestigious event of cartoon. The 4th international cartoon museum directors` meeting will take place from 7 to 9 September, 2012 in Kruishoutem (Belgium). It is clear that with efforts and ambitious of Mrs.Saskia Gheysens, conference coordinator and ECC (European Cartoon Center) managers, this conference will be held with more accurate planning and will be more useful and efficient. The representatives of 18 world cartoon museums will attend in this meeting. There will be 31 participants from Azerbaijan ,Iran, Turkey, Russia, Egypt, Serbia, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, USA,....
