Vladimiras Beresniovas known under his stage name "Vlaber" was born on 13. December 1948 in the village of Boronky in Belarus. He graduated from the Kaunaskej High School umeleckopriemyselnej with a degree in the field of "artistic design". He sent some of his early drawings to the local newspaper and published them immediately.  Vladimiras Beresniovas alias Vlaber lives and works in Kaunas in Lithuania.
